Main Activities/Responsibilities
Duties As Head Shall Include But Is Not Restricted To Responsibility Over 4 Key Areas As Listed Below:
• New Businesses
• Brand Development
• Customer Experience
• Brand Research

These Would Involve:

• Market And Expand The Unit Via Acquisition Of New Client Base.

• Manage Client Relationships, Overseeing All Clients Brand Development And Execution Initiatives And Representing The Company At All Client Touch Points.
• Co-Ordinates All Departments Within The Unit.

• Liaises with Other Units Within The Agency.
• Organize And Implement Client Relations Schemes Including
• Client Satisfaction Surveys

• Client Development Activities

• Sales Drive Incentives

• Special Events
• New Concepts Or Sales And Marketing
• Develop And Implement Strategies Which Shape Future Business Delivery And Provide The Best Possible Business.
• Drives Staff Training Within The Unit And Responsible For Training And Developing A Potential Replacement From Within The Existing Team
• Marketing Of Service/Development Of The Unit

• Work With The Accounting (Credit Control Department) To Ensure Dispatch Of Invoices For Completed Projects, Follow-Up And Collection Of Funds.
• Management ( In Conjunction With The Hr Dept) Of Non Signalized Staff Issues Within The Unit
• Design, Implement, And Facilitate Annual Marketing Strategy Plan For The Unit.
• Organize And Implement Client Relations Scheme Managing External Agencies And Working Closely With Internal Teams.

• Any Other Duty As May Be Requested By Management

Job Specifications:


Education Qualificati:ons & Professional Competencies:

• First Degree In Marketing /Communication Or Other Advertising Related Areas. A Business Related Masters Degree Will Be A Strong Advantage
• Membership Of Apcon Or At Least One Professional Marketing Or Research Association
Experience:
• Minimum 3 Years ‘Hands On’ Experience In Brands Development, Client Servicing Within An Advertising /Advertising Related Agency Or A Senior Position Within The Brand (Devpt) Department Of The Firm
Key Competencies Requirements:
Knowledge And Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Work Requires Professional Written And Verbal Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

• Ability To Multitask Efficiently
• Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills
Technical Competencies:
• An Understanding Of Accounts/Finance And Their Relationship To Business
• Project Management And Market Research Experience A Plus
• Must Have Carried Out An Advertising Campaign From Start To Finish

• Marketing Skills A Must
• A Knowledge Of Copywriting, Account Planning And An Eye For Graphics A Plus


• Computer Proficiency A Given
