Description • Day-to-day monitoring of project activities on site
• Ensure workforce on site keeps to HSE standards and Policy procedures
• Prepare and present reports for project team
• Ensure quality and quantity standards meet expectations set out in the contract.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly stock report
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Project budgeting and costing.
• Ensure project is on schedule based on progress schedule chart
• Involved in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of projects
• Fast track the project by coordinating and providing timely feedback on the activities of the various contractors, sub contractors and Consultants
• Support in materials sourcing and procurement
• Improvement and upgrading of existing facilities, Provide support with professional expertise for the maintenance of existing facilities.
• Escalation of issues to Project managers in respect of early detection and resolution of non-critical issues before budgets or timetables are affected.
Additional Information • First degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years relevant hands-on experience in the construction of commercial Offices and luxury residential buildings
• Good communication skills
• Understand the regulatory planning instruments on property development
• Demonstrate good project management capabilities
• Good knowledge of automated design software, autocad, Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
• Technical Skills: required for administrative, design and construction management.
• Conceptual skill: required in regard to project briefs
• Knowledge of commercial business principles and client service
