Job Profile

* To ensure the execution of the defined marketing and revenue targets.
* To establish, develop and manage customer relationships.
* Drive growth in deposited liabilities.

Requirements

* Minimum Second Class Lower degree or Lower credit Higher National Diploma.
* 6-8 years from target-driven financial institution after the mandatory national services with at least 2 years of running a profitable branch/sector
* Good knowledge of local commercial banking market.
* Oral and written communication skills
* Good credit skills
* Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
